Do you offer a free initial call?
Yes. We offer a brief, no-pressure discovery call before booking a paid session. This is a great place to start if you have questions or want to see whether we’re the right fit.

Are sessions virtual or in-person?
Both options are available.
Virtual sessions are offered via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet for convenience and flexibility.
In-person sessions may be arranged on a case-by-case basis within the Toledo area at a comfortable public location.

How does payment work?
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment, with the remaining balance due at the time of your session.
Payments are securely processed through Square.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit can be applied toward your new appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

How do I book a group session?
For group session inquiries, please call 419-540-1856 or email info@destinedminds.com to discuss availability and customize the experience for your group.
Group sessions can accommodate up to 12 participants and typically last 2–3 hours.
Pricing begins at $158 per person, with a $50 deposit per attendee required to reserve your booking.
